Hey guys, Will Acuff here.

I have a question for you: What are you going to drop today in order to create a little more room in your life?

What’s one thing that might give you back five or ten minutes? And how do you have the discipline to not fill that extra time with something else?

For me, today, I am going to drop the habit of hurrying while making dinner for the kids. Usually, it’s like a NASCAR race in the kitchen—boom boom boom, multitasking at full speed. But why do I do that? Busyness just seems to be part of the process.

So today, on purpose, I’m going to drop that practice, and instead, I’m going to breathe while I make dinner for the kids.
